The project aims to support the economic and social development of the programme area. Its core objective is to strengthen institutional cooperation, promote the implementation of innovative solutions, and establish joint professional approaches that serve the long-term development of the regions involved.

The project fosters cooperation among public institutions, professional organisations, and economic stakeholders operating in cross-border areas, with a particular focus on demographic change, the challenges of digitalisation, and sustainable development. It seeks to develop joint solutions that enhance the adaptability of regions and reinforce institutional capacities.

Project activities cover multiple thematic areas. The jointly developed strategies and action plans support the structured and sustainable operation of cross-border cooperation while placing strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices. The partnership will design and test innovative pilot solutions that facilitate the use of digital tools, improve service efficiency, and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the border regions.

Partners will engage in regular professional consultations and joint workshops to share experiences, creating opportunities for mutual learning and laying the foundation for long-term collaboration. The project's outcomes will provide added value not only to partner organisations but also to the broader development of the entire programme area.

Key activities include:

– Joint strategic planning processes and development of action plans

– Organisation of thematic professional workshops and cooperation forums

– Study visits and experience exchange programmes

– Testing of innovative digital solutions and pilot models

– Strengthening cross-border professional networks and institutional cooperation

– Broad communication and dissemination of project results
