On 31 December 2022, the DigiUp 4.0 project, which aimed to develop the digital competences of young people, reduce the shortage of Industry 4.0 professionals, and promote vocational training and the digital professions of the future, was concluded successfully.

In the more than two and a half years since the official project launch, the partnership has organised 58 career guidance workshops, 16 promotional and dissemination events, 2 study tours, 2 cross-border conferences, and 9 stakeholder meetings on both sides of the Austrian-Hungarian border.

Several professional reports and studies have also been prepared, mainly to support the work of career guidance practitioners and experts. In addition, an application was developed too, assess the level of digital competences of students in a playful way, as well as to improve their knowledge by answering thematic questions.

The results and events of the project were continuously published on www.digiup-athu.eu website and actively posted on official social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).

We produced career guidance short promotion films on the field of robotics, electronics, 3D printing, and creative metal industry, along several other educational videos, all of these materials were uploaded to the project's official YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKcxgNiOo8vw7sjfDaVE8rA

To ensure the sustainability of the project’s results, we created a knowledge-sharing community, a so-called Knowledge Hub, where we collected and discussed with experts the studies and professional papers on Industry 4.0, and made them available to anyone.
